Why partner

Why partners come to Code Europe.

Partners who treat hiring and brand as the same conversation get more from both.

01 - Audience

Senior-only audience.

81% of 2025 attendees had 4+ years of experience. 62% had over five. The room you're recruiting and marketing into isn't full of students or career-changers - it's full of senior engineers, architects, and tech leads currently employed at the companies you're trying to hire from, and the engineers your product team is trying to win over.

02 - Hiring

Hire directly. No middleman.

Every attendee who registers interest becomes a lead in your dashboard with full contact details. No agency markup, no recruiter commission. Past partners with active in-house recruiting teams have reported multiple hires from a single edition.

03 - Employer brand

Build the brand senior engineers actually evaluate.

Senior engineers don't decide on their next employer from a job posting. They decide based on what they hear from peers, which companies' engineers they respect, and which technical stories they remember. Code Europe is where that signal forms in Poland's tech community - a stage slot, a strong booth, and a sponsored afterparty are how serious employers make sure they're in the consideration set.

04 - Product reach

Reach decision-makers, not just candidates.

The same audience evaluating you as an employer is also evaluating your product, your cloud, your AI tooling, or your developer platform. Partners selling to engineering teams use Code Europe as a high-density, high-trust environment for product evaluation - not pitch decks.

Employer branding

What employer branding at Code Europe actually looks like.

Brand-building at Code Europe isn’t a logo on a lanyard. It’s specific, measurable surfaces in front of the audience you’re trying to influence.

01

A stage slot where your engineer tells a real technical story.

Not a recruitment pitch. Curated to the same standard as community talks - which is why senior engineers in the room actually listen. The talk lives on YouTube post-event and continues working as an asset for months.

02

A booth where your engineers - not just your recruiters - talk to peers.

The single highest-leverage employer-brand move is putting your strongest senior engineers at the booth. Attendees walk away with a real impression of the people they'd be working with.

03

Afterparty, lunch, and coffee-break sponsorship moments.

Premium visibility in the contexts where attendees are relaxed and forming opinions. The afterparty in particular is where the strongest brand associations get made.

04

Co-branded campaign reach.

Inclusion in Code Europe's pre-event social, email, and content campaigns. 6.8M total social-media reach in 2025. #1 LinkedIn engagement among European developer conferences.

05

Track naming rights - Leading Partner only.

Owning a track for an edition ties your brand to the discipline itself. "The AI Engineering Track, powered by [you]" is the kind of association senior engineers remember.

06

Talks on YouTube - long-tail brand work.

Post-event, your engineer's talk becomes a piece of content with its own audience. Past Code Europe talks have generated tens of thousands of views in the months following the event.

The honest version: employer brand spend is harder to attribute than recruitment spend. Companies that get the most from it treat Code Europe as one node in a multi-channel brand strategy - not as a one-off bet that should pay back in 90 days.

Code Europe is a festival that brought tech leaders, companies and talent under one roof, further highlighting the strong and growing tech ecosystem that Poland is home to. We had great time not just listening to the latest in tech but our own thought leaders spoke about emerging areas such as Robotics and Cybersecurity.

FAQ

Hard questions, direct answers.

01How many hires do partners typically make?+
Hire outcomes depend on the partner's hiring funnel, role fit, and follow-up speed. We provide the access - closing the hire is the partner's process. Past partners with active in-house recruiting teams have reported multiple hires from a single edition; partners with passive booth presence have reported zero. Happy to walk through what works before you commit.
02How do we measure employer branding outcomes?+
Honestly: harder than measuring hires. Most partners track a combination of signals - lift in qualified inbound applications in the 60 days after the event, lift in Glassdoor or LinkedIn engagement metrics, and anecdotal evidence from candidates citing the event in interviews. We can share what past partners have measured and how. Companies needing a strict cost-per-hire model should weight Leading or Silver Partner toward the recruitment outcomes; companies investing in multi-year brand presence get the most from track-level positioning and the afterparty.
03Can we send our engineers to the booth instead of recruiters?+
Yes - and you should, at least for part of the day. The single highest-leverage employer-brand move at Code Europe is putting strong senior engineers at the booth alongside your recruiters. Attendees consistently report that talking to peers from a company changed their opinion of that company as an employer more than any other touchpoint.
04What's the real value of Day 1 online?+
Day 1 supports brand visibility at scale (live and on-demand reach across CEE). It does not replace Day 2 for recruitment outcomes. Plan your team's recruitment effort around Day 2 on-site in Warsaw.
05Can I get a custom package?+
Yes. Most mid-large corporates with specific recruitment targets build custom packages combining Leading or Silver Partner with two or three add-ons. Book a call to discuss.
06How is pricing structured?+
Partner packages start from €5,500, with custom packages common for mid-large corporates combining a tier with two or three add-ons. We don't publish exact tier prices because almost every deal involves a custom scope - recruitment targets, add-on mix, headcount of your delegation. Book a 20-minute call and we'll send a written proposal within two working days. Pricing for 2026 is locked; slots close as they're filled - Leading Partner first.
07Do I have to give a talk?+
No. The entry-level Partner tier includes no lecture slot; Silver and Leading both include one. We curate stage content to keep audience trust - if your team doesn't have a strong technical story to tell, the entry-level Partner tier and a focused booth presence is the better spend.
08What about cybersecurity?+
No standalone security track in 2026. Security shows up across all three tracks - AI security in Track 1, infrastructure security in Track 2, secure coding and threat modeling in Track 3. For companies hiring security-aware engineers, this format works as well or better than a dedicated track.

Dev tool & product partners.

The same audience your competitors target for hiring is the audience you target for product evaluation and developer marketing. Code Europe partners building AI infrastructure, observability, dev platforms, or cloud products use the same partner tiers - but optimize for different outcomes: stage slot for product credibility, booth for on-site product evaluations, eCV access repurposed as MQL capture, and add-ons (afterparty, dedicated mailing) for launch moments.
